Start off by adding your name and choosing your car at the primary screen. You can choose to customize your car if you would like, but it isn't neccesary. Chose your region, then click Play. After the game loads you will be in a small area with a lot of other players. Use the arrow keys to regulate your kart and press the area key to utilize your power-up. To gain power-ups, you have to drive through the floating ballons, but watch out for gift packages because those aren't the packages you need.
